View Prototype

A more robust version of the concept, this was intended to build upon the lessons learned from earlier testing regarding the functionality and utility of the being able to upload and qualify contacts for a new rep.

New Rep View; Primerica
ProtoNewRep

View Prototype

This prototype was created to validate/ invalidate the concept of a single app for new sales representatives.

This prototype was not tested, so validation was never achieved and the project is on hold for other higher priority items.

Regional Vice President Custom Controls
RVP-View

View Prototype

This is another XD prototype for early testing. The goal is to deliver a set of controls that individual leaders can use to tailor their new sales reps experience within the app.

Client Portal (First or Second Version); Primerica
ClientPortal-2

View Prototype

The client portal is a work in progress where clients of Primerica can go to manage their policy, see how their investments are doing, etc. The goal is to minimize the amount of work reps need to do to maintain client relationship, increase brand loyalty, and sell more product.

Interesting to note, however, during user testing by a third party, the actual NEED of client portal, from a client, was not considered to be a major need.

Created in XD.

Client Portal (Versioned); Primerica
ClientPortal-1

Another version of the client portal.

RVP-Dashboard

RVP Dashboard concept. The crazy lines show how connected each screen is. Even though it is still a simple click through, all desired functionality was represented in some manner for this version.

CAREER BUILDER EXPLORE CAREERS, Careerbuilder.com (This prototype was to test user behavior within a small subsection of the site to see we delivered on what users were expecting when they clicked on a particular part of the prototype. There were two types of tests, 1) a free test that allowed users to explore what they would like and 2) a controlled task based assignment where users were to try and complete an object within the prototype.

SPONSOR PORTAL, WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, Corex Logistics (This project was used to determine functionality and time assessment for providing access to clients regarding their sensitive clinical trial study management process. I created a prototype and tested with ~6 different users, iterating where needed. This process was used to define all requirements for the developers) No username or password is needed.

FINANCIAL MODEL, WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, Corex Logistics (This prototype is extremely complicated as invoicing for clinical trials, collection of data, and quality of data is paramount in clinical studies. There are several steps involved and each step is reviewed about 4 times with different roles before being submitted to a sponsor. The data is pulled from multiple locations and some actions happen outside of the system to incur a great cost for the provider of clinical trial services. Such was the case for Corex. We needed a simple way of creating an invoice, and monitoring all activity associated within the invoice, notifications on when budgeted materials were running low, and when items were out of scope, and how to handle those out of scope activities. Not only that, but we needed a way to encourage sponsors to pay promptly and be able to handle invoices for 3 types of accounting entities. The solution I prototyped was extremely helpful when socialized with stakeholders.
